Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Cancellation Policy


To better serve all our patients and maintain an efficient schedule, we have established a 24-hour cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations/No Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Exceptions: We understand emergencies happen, and we may consider waiving the fee in such cases with appropriate documentation.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice, and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.

Reminders: We’ll send appointment reminders via email or text. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
