Qualifications: Chartered Physiotherapist (MSc, MCSP, HCPC) and Sport Rehabilitator (BSc BASRaT)
Megan graduated from St Mary’s University with a First-Class Honours degree in Sports Rehabilitation before completing her MSc in Physiotherapy in 2025. Since qualifying, she has gained experience across a variety of musculoskeletal settings, including private practice, NHS outpatient services, community healthcare, and sports environments such as Harlequins and London Irish Rugby Clubs.
Megan has a particular interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injuries, strength and conditioning, and helping people return to the activities they enjoy. She has worked with a wide range of clients, from individuals recovering from injury and surgery to recreational athletes looking to improve performance and prevent future problems.
Her approach is centred around evidence-based practice, combining education, exercise therapy, and hands-on treatment to create personalised rehabilitation programmes that help patients achieve their goals with confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys running, competing in triathlons, and strength training. Having played football from the age of five through to adulthood, she has a strong appreciation of the physical and mental benefits of sport, as well as the challenges that injuries can bring. Her passion for staying active drives her commitment to helping others move better, recover from injury, and get back to doing what they love.
