Eloise is a dedicated Chartered Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from the University of Birmingham. Her clinical experience spans NHS acute care, community rehabilitation, and sports settings, including the Commonwealth Games and Team GB Rugby 7s. This breadth of experience allows her to deliver tailored, effective treatment for every individual.

With a background in Sport and Exercise Science, Eloise has a deep understanding of movement, performance, and recovery. Having played hockey since the age of seven, she developed an early passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and helping people reach their optimal physical potential. This lifelong love of sport underpins her empathetic, evidence-based approach.

Whether returning to sport or improving day-to-day function, Eloise is committed to collaborative, patient-focused care and supporting people to move better, feel stronger, and get back to what they love.
